I've visited a few times and with each visit they tell me they don't have a certain item. I went and ordered a chicken wrap, they had no chicken. Another time I went they had no lettuce. And the last time I went I was told they were our of chicken again! I was fed up and walked out. I'll never go back. Not only do they never have any products but the food takes a while to make. Sorry Zack's your food is good but not that good
Was served RAW chicken after waiting 20 mins for my food. Manager said they cooked it for the 15 mins, but apparently never even checked the chicken or temped it? Disgraceful
Creative - Taking hot dogs to a new level. The wall of dog varieties changes regularly and they're all interesting and thoughtfully created. Burgers are far, far above the fast food variety you'd expect.

Zack's has a lot of great hot dogs. I've probably tried about 5 or 6 different ones by now, and have enjoyed all of them. Their cheeseburger is also very good. However, I'm upset with some of the changes they've made. They bumped the combo option (fries and drink) from $2.25 to $3.75. I mean, it's alright for a new business to start with lower prices at first to get people hooked, but close to four bucks for just a drink and fries? And on top of that, I feel like they give you about half as many fries as they used to. And they changed from "normal" fries to crispy fries, which aren't as good in my opinion. Also, they don't have the condiments tray out by the ketchup and mustard like they did before. (Jalapenos, onions, relish, etc.) Not sure if this was a health code violation or just a way to save money, but I miss those condiments mannn. They have a fountain drink machine with Coke products. The syrup usually seems to be out more than half the time (sucks when you go for your first Sprite sip and you get nothing but nasty fizz). Also, a note on the service, after seeing some of the other reviews: Sure some of the guys who work there aren't super friendly. I don't really care, as long as they make good food and aren't jerks or anything. I mean, do you really expect some kind of special treatment at a hotdog joint?
Came here based on the rave reviews of a friend. Had the cheeseburger, fries and coke. Cost: 6.36, including tax. Cheeseburger was made to order and the burger was better than Rally's. Yeah, *better than Rally's*! The fries was a large basket of fries that I wasn't able to finish. Great food, exceptional value. They also have many creatively adorned hot dogs that I will need to try. Will definitely be back.
